Here’s the trouble with doing something well: Where do you go from there? If you’re Triumph, and the Bonneville is your flagship line, the answer is evidently small tweaks to further round out the riding experience.
The styling is already on point for what riders who love Bonnevilles want, so clearly you don’t want to mess with it, right? Likewise, both the 900cc T100 and 1200cc T120 have solid, well-respected engines that offer good power delivery throughout the rev range. They’re not superbikes, and they don’t need to be; just solid, substantial, characterful all-rounders.
So instead, it’s the little things that add just a little bit of seasoning to an already tasty stew. Lean-sensitive cornering ABS and traction control are now standard across the Bonneville lineup in 2026, including the T100 and T120. Likewise, an eminently practical USB-C socket is now located up front, so you can keep your phone or other device topped up on your daily rambles. The T120 gets cruise control as standard, though it’s also available as an accessory option on the T100 if you’d like to add it.

For the Bonneville-curious in 2026, it’s ultimately up to you whether you prefer the 900 or the 1200, but the good news is that they’re both pretty solid options. Also, I don’t know about you, but it’s kind of difficult for me to accept the idea of a new bike in 2026 that doesn’t have some kind of onboard charging for your phone, so it’s good that Triumph found a way to add it in and keep it unobtrusive while still making it easily accessible for riders who want to also keep their phones up front for navigation, music, or both.
