Blink Charging Co. has announced Michael Bercovich as its new chief financial officer. The appointment of Bercovich as Blink Charging CFO will take effect on June 23, 2025.
Bercovich brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience. He has held CFO roles at Helios Global Payment Solutions, MyOutDesk, Cialfo and Elements Global Services. In those positions, he led finance, corporate development, investor relations and fundraising efforts. He has raised more than $250 million in capital and managed operations in more than 40 countries.
Proven Track Record in Global Finance and Transformation
Bercovich began his career at KPMG in Israel. He later held senior finance roles in public and private tech companies. At CGI Group, he led financial operations for a global software division. At Xerox, he oversaw financial operations related to New York state healthcare contracts.
His experience spans complex regulatory environments and fast-growth companies. Bercovich will bring that operational focus to his new role as Blink Charging CFO.
“With more than 20 years of diverse experience in heading global finance and accounting organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, Michael Bercovich is an operationally oriented leader,” said Mike Battaglia, president and CEO of Blink Charging. “He will play a key role in advancing our mission domestically and globally.”
Leadership Transition and Focus on Financial Discipline
Bercovich succeeds outgoing CFO Michael Rama, who will pursue other opportunities after concluding his employment agreement in early June. During the transition, Robert Strauss of FTI Consulting will serve as interim CFO. Strauss has worked with growth-stage companies and has supported Blink during this leadership change.
“Michael Rama played a valuable role in strengthening our financial foundation,” Battaglia said. “We thank him for his contributions and wish him continued success.”
Supporting Blink’s Strategic and Financial Goals
“I’m excited to be joining the Blink leadership team at a time of great opportunity,” said Bercovich. “I look forward to helping introduce new EV charging and energy management solutions that drive revenue and market impact.”
With Bercovich as Blink Charging CFO, the company said it aims to maintain financial discipline while accelerating growth in the competitive EV charging sector.
