Autologue Computer Systems announced that Car Parts Warehouse (CPW) chose Autologue’s PartsWatch as its next-generation business software and eScan WMS to automate warehouse operations.

With 25 locations, including five distribution centers and 20 stores, CPW serves the greater Cleveland metropolitan area. Autologue said this strategic partnership will enhance CPW’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    PartsWatch Features for Automotive Distribution

PartsWatch is Autologue’s flagship solution for automotive parts warehouses, stores and jobbers. This system offers features including:

    • Inventory Management and Forecasting: Optimizing stock levels and predicting demand.
    • Purchasing and Sales Order Entry: Streamlining order processes.
    • Accounts Receivables and Business Reporting: Enhancing financial oversight.

PartsWatch also integrates with electronic catalogs, e-commerce platforms, customer accounting portals, CRM tools and advanced business intelligence solutions.

“PartsWatch continues to evolve into a powerful business system for automotive parts distributors of all types and sizes,” says Al Neal, vice president of sales at Autologue. “While other software companies are merely maintaining their systems, Autologue is making substantial investments to deliver a best-in-class modern solution. We’ve modernized our user interface, integrated artificial intelligence (AI), and established a clear roadmap to leverage current technology and industry best practices.”

eScan WMS to Drive Efficiency Gains

Car Parts Warehouse said it expects significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy with eScan WMS.

“We’re setting our sights on a significant leap in efficiency and accuracy within our distribution centers, powered by eScan WMS,” said Chase Baxley, chief operating officer for CPW. “Our team consistently delivers outstanding results with the resources at hand, and we firmly believe eScan WMS will provide the advanced capabilities needed to elevate our operations to the next level.”

    Advanced Warehouse Management Capabilities

eScan is the latest warehouse management system (WMS) for the automotive aftermarket. It offers multi-platform compatibility and features including:

    • Picking, Packing and Receiving: Optimizing workflow.
    • Put-away and Cycle Counts: Enhancing inventory control.
    • Tote/Location Management: Improving organization and retrieval.

Autologue said eScan integrates seamlessly with any ERP platform and works tightly with Autologue’s PartsWatch.

“Car Parts Warehouse is an exceptional aftermarket company that continues to thrive where others are struggling,” said Jim Franco, president and CEO of Autologue. “Our collaboration with them will undoubtedly make PartsWatch an even stronger industry solution and Autologue an even better company.”
