Challenger Lifts has released the BT3300 Lift Table, a heavy‑duty scissor lift engineered to support the growing demands of electric vehicle battery and chassis component servicing. With a lifting capacity of 3,300 pounds, the BT3300 is designed to help technicians safely and accurately remove and install high‑voltage batteries, transmissions, engines, rear differentials, and other large components.

The lift features a hydraulic scissor‑style system capable of reaching heights of more than 76 inches. A pallet‑jack style handle and low rolling resistance allow easy maneuvering throughout the service bay. For precision alignment during installations, the lift includes a six‑degree adjustable, tilting top plate. Fastener holes spaced every four inches across the platform are pre‑tapped to support a wide selection of OEM adapters, ensuring compatibility with current and future EV models.

Powered by a standard 110‑volt outlet, the BT3300 requires no special electrical infrastructure and meets ASME PASE‑2019 safety standards. Built for professional shops preparing for increased EV service volume, the BT3300 provides strength, versatility, and ease of integration.

“As the automotive industry rapidly shifts toward electrification, service facilities need powerful, adaptable tools to efficiently handle the largest and most complex vehicle components,” said Trevor Coleman, national sales manager for Challenger Lifts. “The BT3300 Lift Table meets these demands with a 3,300‑lb lifting capacity, enabling technicians to safely and precisely remove and install high‑voltage batteries, transmissions, engines, rear differentials and other large vehicle systems.”
