DENSO will showcase its latest technologies at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, scheduled from Oct. 30 to Nov. 9 at Tokyo Big Sight. The exhibition will spotlight innovations in automotive evolution and connectivity.

DENSO Showcases Product Development and SDV Technology

Under the theme “Changing the Shape of the Future with Technology: Community Meets Mobility,” DENSO will highlight technologies designed to add societal value. The display will include a four-seater simulation vehicle, an immersive theater, and presentations featuring video content and actual products.

Key technologies will focus on Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs), which evolve through software and promise to transform transportation. The exhibit aims to demonstrate the impact of future mobility on vehicle users and societal infrastructure, according to DENSO.

    Interactive Displays and Technical Engagement

Attendees can explore future mobility scenarios in the four-seater simulation vehicle, designed to show how vehicles can adapt to user needs. DENSO engineers will be on-site to discuss SDV platform technologies, such as integrated mobility computers consolidating various Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

DENSO will also exhibit semiconductor manufacturing technologies and development initiatives for high-performance semiconductors supporting vehicle evolution.

    Environmental Initiatives and Resource Management

The exhibit will address urgent automotive environmental challenges, including carbon neutrality and energy-efficient systems. Technologies aimed at reducing vehicle environmental impact and connecting vehicles with social infrastructure for smarter energy use will be presented.

The immersive theater will feature DENSO’s energy management efforts, showcasing electrification technologies, such as the new inverter with a flat dual-sided cooling structure. Attendees will learn about energy management systems integrating electrification and thermal technologies, along with broader initiatives like “EVECOM,” battery circulation systems and the SOEC water electrolysis device. These presentations will highlight energy and resource management strategies from a mobility standpoint.
