He pointed to DRiV’s Garage Gurus program, noting its team members have great experience and they understand the market. “They have passion, and they have empathy for the installer and they’re out working with the technicians, understanding their pain points and coming back and feeding the information to us,” he said.
Saoud explained that they are the company’s feet on the street, who are out in the market listening and bringing opportunities. “I call them our technical salespeople,” Saoud said, “and their data is critical. It’s so important.”
