Test solutions supplier to present new radar sensor validation system, cybersecurity framework and cost-effective HIL platform
dSPACE will showcase a range of test and validation solutions for software-defined vehicle development at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, including new products for radar sensor testing, cybersecurity validation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation. The German supplier said AI is becoming a strategic enabler throughout the development and test process, and will demonstrate how generative and agentic AI technologies can support software-in-the-loop testing.
The company will present a continuous integration and continuous testing concept that uses a cloud-native validation approach, integrating its Veos software-in-the-loop platform and Scalexio hardware-in-the-loop system into automated GitLab pipelines. A new HIL farm management demonstration will show how test efficiency can be improved by displaying system availability, utilisation and potential errors.
Among the new products, Darts Arrow is a radar solution designed for end-of-line testing and periodic technical inspections of radar-based driver assistance systems. The system validates safety functions including emergency braking, lane departure warning and distance control by simulating traffic scenarios under controlled conditions.
dSPACE will also introduce HydraVision, a cybersecurity test framework that enables early identification of vulnerabilities in vehicle development. The company said the tool helps manufacturers and suppliers meet increasing safety requirements in the automotive industry.
The new Scalexio Essential system extends the company’s hardware-in-the-loop portfolio with a cost-effective platform for testing mechatronic applications in automotive, agricultural and construction machinery sectors.
