Hankook Tire announced several changes to its executive leadership at its North American headquarters in Nashville, TN. The updates to the Hankook Tire leadership team aim to support expansion in both passenger and commercial tire markets across the U.S., the manufacturer said.

Ken Cho To Lead North America Marketing

Kyuwang (Ken) Cho has been appointed Senior Vice President of North America Marketing. He moves into this role from his previous position overseeing PC/LT Sales and Marketing. With more than 25 years at Hankook, Cho has also served as Vice President of Global Sales in Korea.

K.C. Jensen And Mark Roe Take On National Roles

K.C. Jensen has been named Vice President of U.S. PC/LT Sales. Previously responsible for the Western region, he will now lead efforts nationwide. Jensen joined the company in 2018 and has played a key role in U.S. strategy.

Mark Roe returns to Hankook Tire as Vice President of U.S. TBR Sales. He will oversee both replacement and OE sales teams. Roe brings over 40 years of commercial tire experience, having worked with American Omni Trading Company, Hankook, and most recently, Ralson Tire North America.

“These leadership appointments reflect Hankook’s strong momentum in North America,” said Rob Williams, President of Hankook Tire America Corp. “Ken, K.C., and Mark each bring exceptional industry experience, strategic focus, and leadership qualities to their roles. They will help elevate our presence across both consumer and commercial channels. And support our long-term growth ambitions in the U.S.”

Hankook Tire Leadership: Regional Sales Team Gains New Directors

In addition to national leadership updates, the company introduced new regional directors as part of its evolving Hankook Tire leadership structure.

Shaun Prott has been promoted from Key Account Manager, PC/LT, to Regional Director of PC/LT Sales, West. Prott joined the company in 2015 and has more than 20 years of experience in the tire industry.

Travis Jones has rejoined Hankook as Regional Director of PC/LT Sales, North-East. His previous roles include sales leadership positions at Michelin and Pirelli.

Brian Ford has been promoted to Regional Director of TBR Sales, West. He joined Hankook in 2021 as a Territory Manager and became a Key Account Manager in 2023.
