Bobit CEO Colin Sutherland announced the formation of the Fleet Remarketing Industry Council, a collaborative effort to redefine how fleet vehicles are valued and sold.

The Council will unite OEMs, fleet managers, auctions, telematics providers, title and registration partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the full lifecycle of a vehicle — from its first owner to its second — reflects the care, data, and performance invested from day one.

The inaugural meeting will take place at the Fleet Forward Conference in San Diego this October, with a follow-up gathering scheduled at the CAR Conference in April 2026. Both events will serve as critical platforms for collaboration, innovation, and recognition within the remarketing ecosystem.

This isn’t a membership drive, it’s an open call for active participation. Industry voices are invited to help shape the Council’s charter, drive new solutions, and create lasting impact for fleets and buyers alike.
