Toronto, Ontario — Simplicity Car Car is announcing its expansion into the United States with the launch of its U.S. brand, Clarity Car Care.

The move marks a significant step in the company’s continued vision to make car care simple and affordable for every vehicle owner in the world.

Clarity Car Care is designed to bring the same values, operational consistency and customer-first mindset that has helped Simplicity grow to more than 100 locations in Canada, within seven years of its founding in 2017.

Clarity Car Care will focus on creating strong partnerships with insurers, supporting franchise operators with robust support systems and introducing a modern, simplified repair journey for consumers. From streamlined intake to clear communication and timely delivery, every aspect of the experience is designed to reduce complexity and delight customers.

“The launch of Clarity Car Care in the U.S. marks an exciting new chapter in our growth journey,” says Paul Prochilo, Simplicity Car Care’s chief executive officer. “This expansion reflects our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience while empowering independent collision repairers with a proven system. We’re proud to bring our unique value proposition to a broader market and continue transforming the car care industry across North America. We believe there’s a real opportunity to support collision repairers with a modern platform that drives performance at scale.”

Simplicity Car Care’s expansion is the result of a thoughtful, long-term strategy grounded in value creation and modernizing the collision repair industry. As the industry continues to evolve, Clarity Car Care will bring forward a scalable model that supports both independent collision repairers and large-scale partners with the resources they need to thrive.

“In the early phase of our expansion efforts, we recognized that another organization in the US had a trademark for the name Simplicity,” added Prochilo. “Having the name Simplicity Car Care in the U.S. would create confusion with consumers, so we decided to take advantage of this opportunity to start with something fresh in a brand-new marketplace.”

The US expansion will be led by the company’s president, Domenic Ieraci (pictured), who will oversee the strategy and growth plan with the support of its US-based team, as Clarity Car Care expands in key regions.

“This expansion is an extension of the foundation we’ve build alongside our franchisees, employees and customers,” says Ieraci. “A stronger, more diversified platform allows us to greatly improve our value proposition on both sides of the border.”

“We are advocates for independent collision repairers and have a deep understanding of the many challenges they face in their business. I’m proud of the work we’ve done to help so many collision repairers that were feeling stuck or not sure how to navigate in this complex and everchanging environment. Our team of “Simplifiers” have made a significant impact on the lives of our franchisees by enhancing their business and helping them create a better quality of life.”

Founded in 2017, Simplicity Car Care is one of North America’s fastest growing collision repair networks, with a vision to make car care simple and affordable for every vehicle owner in the world. The company’s U.S. expansion through Clarity Car Care signals its evolution into a North American platform redefining the collision experience through franchise growth, operational technology, and customer-first innovation.

According to the company, Clarity Car Care’s vision is to make car care simple and affordable for every vehicle owner. It brings trusted, modern and customer-focused car care solutions from one of North America’s fastest growing collision repair network — Simplicity Car Care — to the U.S. market. The Clarity Car Care platform provides independent collision repairers with the support and tools that help drive sales, manage operations, and enhance the customer experience.

Clarity Car Care is focused on creating a positive and profound impact on its franchisees by achieving the following:

    ● Increasing and diversifying top-line sales

    ● Delivering unparalleled operational support and processes that allows the franchisee to focus on their business priorities

    ● Leveraging our Multi-Store Operation experience to guide and support franchisees through any operational challenges
