A refreshed front design gives the 2026 Grand Wagoneer a bold, upright stance with an illuminated seven-slot grille and new LED lighting signature.

The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer introduces refined design, new powertrain options, and a simplified model structure under a unified Jeep identity. With fresh badging, a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) option, and an updated exterior and interior design, the Grand Wagoneer continues Jeep’s focus on capability and premium craftsmanship.

“Every Grand Wagoneer now proudly wears the Jeep badge, reinforcing its place within the Jeep family,” said Bob Broderdorf, Jeep brand CEO. “The lineup delivers premium features and accessible pricing that fit a range of customer needs.”

    Unified Jeep Lineup

Starting with the 2026 model year, all Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer models are consolidated under a single nameplate: Jeep Grand Wagoneer. This move simplifies the lineup, strengthens brand identity, and ensures a consistent customer experience across trim levels.

    Powertrain Options

The 2026 Grand Wagoneer offers two powertrain choices:

    • Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV): Available later in 2026, this version combines electric driving with long-range flexibility.
    • 3.0L Hurricane Twin Turbo I-6: The gasoline-powered option returns, delivering high torque and towing capability.

The Grand Wagoneer’s towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. supports versatile use, from work trailers to family getaways, with power from the Hurricane engine or REEV system.

Both powertrains are designed to provide balanced performance for family travel, towing, and off-road driving.

    America’s First Range-Extended Electric Vehicle

The Grand Wagoneer REEV uses a 92-kWh liquid-cooled battery pack in a pouch-cell parallel configuration, positioned in the vehicle’s center for space efficiency and a flat floor.

    Performance estimates include:

    • 647 horsepower and 620 lb.-ft. of torque
    • 0–60 mph in about 5 seconds
    • Over 500 miles of total range

Power flows from a 3.6-liter V-6 engine to a 130-kW generator, which produces electricity to recharge the battery or power the vehicle directly when needed.

“Our Hurricane engine delivers power and efficiency, while the REEV system adds all-electric performance with extended range confidence,” said Micky Bly, Stellantis senior vice president and head of global propulsion systems.

The REEV setup powers the wheels entirely through electric motors, providing smooth, quiet acceleration and consistent torque.

    Hurricane Twin Turbo Engine

Returning for 2026, the 3.0-liter Hurricane twin-turbo inline-six generates 420 horsepower and 468 lb.-ft. of torque, supporting up to 10,000 lbs. of towing capacity.

The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer offers two powertrain options: a new range-extended electric system and the 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo engine, delivering up to 420 horsepower and 10,000 lbs. of towing capacity.

Key performance and efficiency features include:

    • Optimized fuel economy with cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR)
    • Lower emissions than comparable V-8s and turbocharged six-cylinders
    • Strong, smooth power delivery suited for heavy towing and long-distance driving

    Design and Exterior Updates

The 2026 Grand Wagoneer introduces design refinements emphasizing modernity and sustainability.

Built for adventure, the 2026 Grand Wagoneer features premium comfort and capability, shown here equipped with roof-mounted gear for outdoor excursions.

    Key Exterior Features

    • Revised front fascia with a taller, more upright profile and wide grille design
    • Illuminated seven-slot grille and full-width LED lighting front and rear
    • Chrome-free exterior, marking a move toward more sustainable finishes
    • Wheel options from 18 to 22 inches, catering to both off-road and urban aesthetics

The model continues production at the Warren (Michigan) Truck Assembly Plant, where a $97.6 million investment supports electrified vehicle production.

    Interior Refinements

The 2026 lineup includes multiple trims—Grand Wagoneer, Limited, Limited Reserve, Summit, and Summit Reserve—each offering distinct levels of refinement and comfort.

    Grand Wagoneer and Limited Trims

    • Interior color options: Black with Sea Salt or All Black
    • Seating surfaces: Capri (Grand Wagoneer) or Nappa leather (Limited)
    • Features include horizontal brushed trim, silver brightwork, and Smoke stitching
    • Upland version adds off-road-inspired styling
    • Limited Reserve adds 19-speaker McIntosh audio, tri-pane sunroof, power steps, and HUD

The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer’s redesigned interior combines advanced technology with premium materials, including available Palermo leather and open-pore wood accents.

    Summit and Summit Reserve

    • Open-pore Dark Waxed Walnut wood trim
    • Nappa or Palermo leather upholstery with quilted detailing
    • Color themes: Black, Tupelo, and Dark Ruby Red (late availability)
    • Premium features:
      • 23-speaker McIntosh audio system
      • Ventilated rear seats
      • Integrated console cooler
      • Passenger display screen
      • Suede headliner and black appearance package

    Enhanced Technology

The updated Head-up Display (HUD) provides a larger field of view and a more visible projection distance, improving driver awareness.

    • Standard on Limited Reserve and Summit trims
    • Available on Limited

A new, larger Head-Up Display in the 2026 Grand Wagoneer improves driver visibility with enhanced projection and a wider field of view for navigation and safety information.

    Pricing Overview

Production for the 3.0-liter Hurricane models begins later this year. The 2026 Grand Wagoneer starts below $65,000 MSRP (excluding $2,595 destination).

Base Pricing (Excludes Destination and Options):

    Outlook

The 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer lineup combines performance, electrification, and refined design under a unified brand identity. With both REEV and Hurricane powertrains, Jeep is positioning its flagship SUV to meet evolving market demands for versatility, technology, and sustainability.
