Following the success of its recent “Create Your Own Magic” Annual Conference in Orlando, the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) will host its first-ever Virtual Conference Oct. 9-10, 2025. This digital event, themed “The Magic Continues,” expands access and engagement to attendees across the country.

    Keynotes, Breakouts and Industry Connections

The Virtual Conference will bring together women and allies from shop floors to executive roles for two half-day sessions from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT. The program includes keynote speakers, curated breakout sessions and expert-led panels tailored to professional development.

“Designed to continue the magic of our flagship event, the WIN Virtual Conference promises dynamic keynotes, cutting-edge breakout sessions, and thought-provoking panels from some of the industry’s most respected voices,” says Leila Hobart, WIN Virtual Conference Chair. “Whether you attended this year’s in-person conference, or weren’t able to make it to Orlando the WIN Virtual Conference has something for everyone that will allow attendees to walk away with actionable insights to accelerate their careers and their companies.”

Two-Day Themes Focus on Innovation and Impact

Day One: “The Magic of Innovation”
Sessions will explore how digital transformation, automation and forward-thinking technology are reshaping the collision repair industry.

Day Two: “Turning Innovation into Impact”
Participants will learn how leadership, mentorship and strategic execution turn creative ideas into career advancement and business growth.

    Conference Offers Flexible Pricing

Early-bird registration for WIN members runs through Sept. 1. Prices are as follows:

    • WIN Members: $110 full-conference, $65 single-day
