The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision and Caliber Auto Glass, have announced the appointment of Brian Burbridge as chief client officer. He will report directly to Hami Ebrahimi, chief commercial officer of Caliber.

In his new role, Burbridge will lead Caliber’s national client relationships, sales strategy and multi-line integration across Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass, Caliber Fleet Services and its additional emerging business lines. Additionally, he will be responsible for strengthening strategic partnerships with Caliber’s largest insurance and fleet clients, driving innovation in service delivery and aligning Caliber’s client-facing teams around a unified, best-in-class experience.

“Brian has been instrumental in building Caliber’s national partnerships and positioning us for our next growth phase,” said Ebrahimi. “His deep understanding of client needs, operational expertise and passion for delivering on our purpose — Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life — make him the ideal leader to elevate our client experience across all lines of business. In addition, this role brings together all facets of our client strategy under one unified vision. Brian’s leadership and strong business acumen will help us continue this momentum, strengthen how we partner with clients and insurers and deliver measurable value to drive mutual growth.”

Caliber’s success is built on strong partnerships with leading insurers and fleet clients to ensure vehicle owners receive seamless, high-quality repair experiences. Through close collaboration, Caliber continues to simplify the repair process, enhance communication and deliver faster, more accurate outcomes for customers.

Burbridge brings more than two decades of leadership experience in automotive services, strategic partnerships and operational growth. Since joining Caliber in 2016, he has been pivotal in developing and expanding national partnerships with leading insurers. Before joining Caliber, he built and scaled multiple businesses in the automotive and service sectors, earning a reputation for driving results through collaboration, data-driven strategy and client trust. Burbridge’s appointment underscores Caliber’s continued investment in leadership that strengthens partnerships and accelerates growth. The company continues to invest in technology, people and partnerships that redefine the customer experience across the automotive lifecycle.

“I’m honored to take on this expanded role at such a defining moment for Caliber,” said Burbridge. “Our clients’ trust fuels our ability to serve customers better, and we’re continuing to innovate through collaboration, technology and shared success. Together, we’ll continue shaping the future of the industry and the Caliber experience.”
